It’s part of the flood of money the government is directing towards industry investment in a plan to outrun China and retain economic superiority in the 21 st century. But it will take 7000 construction workers to build the plant and three thousand operators. Not only can Intel not find enough workers to operate the plant, it can’t even find enough construction workers to build it. Intel isn’t alone. America is strug...
